Moving our international clients from libyanspider.com to register.ly
We are pleased to announce that on 6th August, we are moving our international clients to a new domain – register.ly – managed by the same company, Libyan Spider, LLC. Clients will have the same exceptional service on register.ly as before with new additional features made available to them.
We have decided to separate two billing systems: local and international in order to serve our clients more efficiently. The previous system housed both clients on the same domain. With the growing number of both clientele and their different requests, this often led to confusions and delays in response due to the fact that requests were sent to different departments not related to the requests.
To solve this issue, it was decided that the best solution was to separate the billing system by housing the international clientele on a separate domain – register.ly Doing this will allow for requests made by our international clients (which specifically order .ly domains) to be handled by the right team. Requests made by our local clients (domain registration, hosting, design and software) will be handled by the appropriate teams.
Separating the billing system onto two different domains will allow for efficiency for both the client and our team.
